BDAY IN LOCKDOWN : WHAT I WOULD'VE WORN

It's not every year you can't go anywhere or see anyone on your birthday but really it wasn't as bad it sounds... Yesterday was my lockdown birthday and it turned out to be a different but lovely day. I started to think about what I would've been doing if we weren't in lockdown and I could travel or see my friends and I have to admit it was a little bit sad to think about, however I spent the day with my family (household members only!) eating and drinking and it was fab and made me appreciate everything even more.

The weather was nice too so that was a plus. Usually one of my favourite things about birthdays, whether its someone else or my own is picking a party dress...Unfortunately other than a virtual party on zoom this year, that won't be happening. Despite going as far as Tesco carpark yesterday I still wanted to make a bit of an effort with my appearance, so I stuck on a dress anyway and that was that! I also tried on what might've been my birthday dress if I could've gone out with the girls... The boredom is real.

This is the dress I wore to walk around the house yesterday! A lovely black puff sleeve belted shirt dress from PrettyLittleThing which was chosen by one of my friends Danniella for a youtube video I've just posted! I love it, it'll be worn plenty when this is all over and we can go out for drinks! Im partial to a shirt dress and the puff sleeve detailing along with the belt are what did it for me...

As for what I might've worn for any birthday celebrations with my friends...

How stunning is this dress, also from PLT this is the White bandeau banded cup ruched dress, which is currently only £15! Can't wait to wear this out...

Hope you're all well.

Han x
